The secret of our fruit and vegetables? It’s organic AND local!
When it comes to choosing fresh produce, our chef Daniel Renaudie is particularly demanding. He buys his produce from an organic farm located in the Greater Paris area, near Provins (77). It belongs to the famous chef Ruben Sarfati who was spotted in Top Chef, the M6 cooking show.
And this priority given to premium fruit and vegetables can be seen and tasted on the plate. As a starter, our Saladi-Pasti is a surprising mishmash of crisp romaine and frisée salads. To this are added almonds and grilled vegetables as well as shavings of Grana Padano cheese. And our honey vinaigrette was a real crowd-pleaser!
But if there is one 100% vegetarian dish that we recommend, it is our Potager plate served as a main course. No less than 300 grams of fresh, seasonal vegetables, cleverly cooked, will take you to nirvana.
Our side dishes alone justify a meal!
We won’t pass over our way of sublimating the potatoes! Our homemade rustic mashed potatoes, made from Agria potatoes, are a great success. It is cooked with old-fashioned mustard, thyme, nutmeg and caramelised onions. It’s a far cry from flaky mashed potatoes!
