For more than six months, Beef Steakhouse, a brasserie located at 33 rue des Rosiers, 75004 Paris, has been offering its meat-loving customers a 500g solo rib of beef, served with French fries or homemade mashed potatoes, as well as one of our homemade sauces.
This 500g rib of beef is designed for one person, a true meat lover, in short, for self-confessed meat eaters!
Depending on availability, the rib of beef is of French origin, sourced from our partner farmers in Sarthe, or from Ireland, a major beef-producing country.
Served on a large slate, the rib of beef naturally consists of a bone to which three pieces are attached, forming the rib: the rib eye and the two cheek pieces surrounded by fat.
It is this fat that gives the meat its tenderness and flavor. As we often say, fat is flavor!
You can enjoy a beautiful 500g piece of beef which, with its tenderness and subtle flavor, will delight meat lovers.
As a side dish, in addition to our homemade French fries, you can choose our homemade mashed potatoes, which are flavored with raclette cheese during the winter.
For the sauce, you can choose between ketchup, mustard, our famous homemade pepper sauce, or our Cantal cheese sauce, which is homemade during the winter season.
This 500g ribeye steak for one person is priced at €50.
It is also available in a halal version for our Muslim customers, so that everyone can enjoy high-quality beef.
