● Prime beef: come and discover our exceptional meat, matured for several weeks, of superior quality and rigorously selected. Of French origin, Argentinian for the entrecôte or Irish for the prime rib. Prepared according to your cooking preferences, each bite is an explosion of flavors.
● Beef, but not only: explore our wide selection. You can find lamb rump steak, wonderful breaded chicken legs, chicken popcorn or our succulent homemade falafels. Each dish is prepared with care and expertise to guarantee an unforgettable taste experience.
● Gourmet accompaniments: complete your meal with our delicious accompaniments. Let yourself be tempted by the homemade fries, both soft and deliciously crispy, or the mash, soft and creamy. Or would you prefer lightly grilled seasonal vegetables? Not forgetting our original homemade sauces.

Our flagship dishes
Paradis and Marais
➔ The beef flank steak, 220g of character, tasty and juicy as you want.
➔ The rib of beef, matured to perfection, 1kg with bone, to share or not. It is served with all our sauces as well as our fries and our mash.
➔ The entrecôte which is also very popular, especially the one from Argentina, matured on the carcass, tender and delicious.
Parmentier
➔ Le Beef, a burger made with ground beef, a rich homemade cheddar sauce, our green mayo and tomato, salad and red onion.
➔ Le Pin-Pon and its red bun in homage to our neighbors the firefighters, a burger made with ground beef, cheddar, spicy sauce, paprika chips and tomato.
➔ Paulette la Poulette, a breaded chicken burger, crunchy as you want, accompanied by avocado, Caesar sauce, parmesan, salad, tomato and red onion.
➔ Le VIP, an exceptional burger made with French Wagyu beef, a black bun with squid ink, truffle tapenade, AOC camembert and salad.
