Le Beef Steakhouse is the story of a passion for exceptional cured meats and a dream come true. Building on the success of our four locations, our mission is simple: to offer you a unique culinary experience based on exceptional flavors.

Our history
The birth of this restaurant project began in Christophe’s head. Christophe, who is in his fifties and has been running his own business for 30 years, used to work in the press and digital sectors before switching to the food industry. His desire was simple: as a true lover of meat and red wine, particularly Bordeaux, he wanted to create a restaurant in his own image. He wanted to create a restaurant in his own image, with a menu featuring mature beef and maximizing the use of French produce and short-distance sourcing.

Many people have joined the adventure in the meantime. His biggest supporter was our chef Daniel Renaudie, who joined the project a month after its creation.
Raised between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, he learned to cook on his own, without going to school, and has acquired a unique savoir-faire. He worked in Raphy Cohen’s kitchen at the Raphaël in Tel Aviv, and was also lucky enough to work in the Michelin-starred La Rive restaurant belonging to the Intercontinental in Amsterdam.
It’s his Franco-Israeli origins that have brought a real breath of fresh air to our cuisine, through the originality of his dishes and his technical knowledge.

The opportunity then arose to set up in the Marais, close to a community at heart, but above all a central and historic district of Paris. We set up shop in June 2020 in place of the former Equinox brasserie restaurant at 33 Rue des Rosiers. We were won over by the lovely summer terrace, which is very busy and touristy, and the 14th-century vaulted basement.

We decided to compose our menu around mature beef. A simple cuisine that allows us to serve quality, but also to please everyone, Parisians as well as French and foreign tourists. This is also why we offer halal options in two of our restaurants, and vegetarian options in each.

At Beef Steakhouse, we believe that quality products are the foundation of a successful dining experience.

That’s why we are committed to :
Selecting exceptional meats: we source from the Qualiviande cooperative, which groups together 13 family farms in the Sarthe region. Our meats, rigorously selected, come from meat breeds renowned for their tenderness and flavor. They are then matured for several weeks to develop their unique texture and taste.

Working with fresh, local produce: we prefer fresh, local produce to guarantee optimal quality and authentic flavor. Our products are 70% French, and just over 50% of them come from short distribution channels. Our vegetables and potatoes are grown on an organic and ecologically responsible farm in Provins, Seine-et-Marne. This proximity means that our breeders and farmers are better paid.

Offering refined, inventive cuisine: our chef Daniel not only excels in the perfect cooking of meat, but also the vegetables we serve. They are baked in the oven, preserving their flavor, maximum nutrients, crunchiness and color. And let’s not forget our original and tasty homemade sauces.

Sublimate the potato: our fries are homemade, soft on the inside and deliciously crispy on the outside. Our homemade mashed potatoes, which change with the seasons, are prepared in a vegetable press, light and creamy, with small chunks.
